Our environmentally friendly initiatives
Collection of waste material
Through our daily cleaning, we make sure to collect all waste material – including all the holes!
Recycling of the material
Our internal cleaning and sorting system ensures that all waste materials are sorted and distributed for optimal recycling. As a result, we currently send approximately 99% of all waste material from production on for recycling.
Recycling of packaging material
We recycle the packaging in which the products are shipped. This means that the perforated material after completion of processing is packed in the same packaging as the material was shipped in originally.
Eco-friendly products
All lubricants used in the manufacturing processes are among the cleanest emulsions on the market.
100% sustainable energy
All production takes place mainly using wind turbine energy! And if it is windless one day, then the power is supplied from hydropower or solar power plants.
Sturdy tools
As we are responsible for the construction and maintenance of all perforation tools, the service life of these is optimized and extended before they can be discarded and sent for steel recycling.
